When Zoe came to me and told me she wanted a ‘stonker of a gold wedding band’ I literally clapped my hands together with glee.

Not only was I lucky enough to act as Celebrant for Zoe’s wedding to Cal I was also able to work with a big old chunk of 18ct gold to make this thick, beaten wedding band for the ages.

Zoe and Cal exchanged vows and wedding rings atop a windy bluff in the Scottish Highlands and this ring feels appropriately rugged and down to earth. I loved this commission.
